The Marina City
The Marina City is a cozy residential complex in Wrocław consisting of five four-story buildings, offering units ranging from 42 to over 60 square meters, with the possibility of combining them into larger apartments. The investment includes a total of 151 apartments with an area of 6,100 square meters. Construction began in 2016 and was completed in 2019.
The buildings feature modern architecture, simple shapes, and a subdued color palette combining white and gray. Large panoramic windows and glass railings add lightness to the structures. Inside the estate, there is a wide path leading to the entrances of the buildings, and the shared areas have been designed with user comfort and an intimate atmosphere in mind.
The complex is located right above the Oder River, at 24 Na Grobli Street. Residents have direct access to the local marina, where they can dock motorboats, sailboats, or jet skis. On the other side of the river is Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and nearby the Marina City, you can visit popular places like Hydropolis, Centennial Hall, and the Zoo.
