Luzon Ronson N.V. directly held 108,349,187 shares (approximately 66.06% of the Company\u2019s share capital) and 54,093,672 shares (approximately 32.98% of the Company\u2019s share capital) indirectly through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Luzon Ronson Properties Ltd.
